Two Year Buy Back Policy
Should you wish to sell your diamond once the 14 day return policy has expired, we can offer you a two year buy back option. EngagementRingsDirect will buy back your diamond at 65% of your original purchase.All diamonds graded J thru Z are not eligible for buy back policy.All diamonds graded SI2 thru I3 and also not eligible for our buy back policy.This policy will apply to the color and clarity individually or together.Thus a J color VS1 is not eligible as well as a D SI2.
Prior to your refund, we reserve the right to inspect the diamond for any damage. If we determine that the diamond has been damaged we will notify you immediately and submit the diamond for a 3rd party evaluation. At this point we will negotiate a new price or return the diamond.
All returned diamonds must be accompanied with the original certificate.
