EngagementRingsDirect offers a fourteen (14) day return policy on loose diamonds and mountings. Customers can return any purchased items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, credit or exchange. *All credit card fees are non refundable.
• All returned merchandise must be returned in the following format:
Any merchandise being returned must have a Return Authorization Number. Please call our office at 1-877-342-7464 and we will be happy to provide you with a return shipping number. If your package does not have this number clearly written on outside of box, it will be refused.
1-All packages must be shipped via the United States Postal Service, fully insured for the purchase value and with a return receipt
2-No return shipments will be accepted via UPS, Federal Express or any other land carrier.
3-Shipments arriving after the 14 day return policy has expired, will be refused
4-We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise for damage prior to your refund. Should there be any indication of damage we will select an independent 3rd party to examine and verify the extent of the damage and negotiate a settlement cost. During the 14 day return you have the right to have the diamond or ring inspected by an independent appraiser of your choice. However, should the diamond be chipped or damaged in any fashion Engagement Rings Direct will not be responsible for the loss of value. Every diamond that ERD sells is evaluated by our staff gemologists for accuracy and any damage.
5-At the conclusion of our inspection we will refund all wire transfers with a company check and issue a credit for credit card purchases.All credit card fees are non-refundable.
6-All laboratory reports, appraisals and sales receipts must be included in the shipment. If the laboratory report is not available a fee of $150.00 will be applied.
*7-All custom made orders are non-refundable.
8. All returns are subject to a $75.00 restocking and handling fee.
